The extra-virgin olive oil Drupìa is born from the cold-pressing of olives executed in the farm within 48 hours from the harvesting, thanks to the presence of a continuous cycle olive oil mill.
The production begins and finishes within the property and the result is an aromatic oil of medium intensity with notes of grass and artichoke: slightly bitter and spicy to the taste, Drupìa is the traditional flavor of our territory.
