Reservations

• To reserve an apartment fill the form on the website www.villula.it
• In the reservation request, indicate the first and last name, the number of guests, the name of the apartment, the date of arrival and departure and a telephone number.
• As a confirmation of the reservation, a mandatory down payment equal to 20% of the entire stay amount is required.

• The tourist tax is not included in the price and the amount is € 2,50 per person per night for the first five nights.  Under sixteen years old children go free.
• The tourist tax must be paid in cash at the time of the check-in.
• It is possible to cancel or modify the reservation without penalties up to 20 days before the check-in date.
• In the event of a late cancellation, change or no-show, the down-payment won’t be refunded.
• In case of an early departure, no refund is provided.
• The minimum stay: two nights.
• The listed prices are intended per night, per apartment. Beyond two guests, an additional amount of € 45,00 per person per night must be paid.
• Long-weekends and holidays are intended: Easter, from Holy Friday to Easter Monday; April 25th; May 1st and June 2nd. In the event that said dates will fall on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, the price for the Holiday shall be applied to the remaining weekend days (Saturday and Sunday)

Reservation changes and cancellations

• It is possible to cancel or modify the reservation without penalties within 20 days from the check-in date.
• In case of an early departure, no refund is provided.
• In the event of a late cancellation, change or no-show, the entire amount of the down-payment shall be withheld.

Stay balance

• The balance for the stay is due via bank transfer the day before the arrival or by credit card at the time of arrival.
• The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to € 2,50 per person per night for the first five nights. Under sixteen years old children go free.
• The tourist tax must be paid in cash at the time of the check-in.

Arrival

• Check-in is from 03:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. It is necessary to make an appointment indicating the arrival time and to notify us in case of late check-in.
• At the time of arrival, the guests must present their documents, including those of the minors. The documents shall be registered for public safety. The non-observation of this obligation constitutes a violation of the Penal Code regulation against the Public Safety Authorities. In the event of failure to present these documents, said omission shall be signalled to the competent authorities.
• For safety reason, it is not allowed for a guest to have other people access the property at any time.
• A parking area is available within the property of Agriturismo Villula.

Departure

• Check-out is until 10 a.m.
• The day before departure, it is necessary to communicate the time you intend to leave for the delivery of the keys.
• In case of an early departure, no refund is provided for.
• Guests are responsible and are obligated to reimburse damages caused by them. In the event of missing linens, their cost shall be charged to the account.

Rules of conduct

• It is forbidden to smoke on the entire property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Care is required for the spaces and objects made available.
• In respect of the other guests and of the owners, we please ask you to have polite behaviour.
• The guest is required to dispose of waste in accordance with the provisions of separate waste collection provided by the Municipality of La Spezia (plastic and metal, paper, glass and organic waste).
• For safety reasons, it is not allowed for guests to have other people enter the property at any time.
• Before leaving the apartment, it is required to wash pots, utensils, and tableware used.
• Proper and civil use of the bathrooms is recommended, avoiding putting anything down the toilet and to turn the lights and the electrical devices off every time you leave the apartment.
• Maximum attention is recommended while manoeuvring your vehicles inside the property.
• The change of towels will take place after the sixth day of the overnight stay. On request, it is possible to change the towels for an extra charge of € 5,00 and to change the linen for an additional charge of € 8,00.
• It is possible to rent a baby cot for € 10,00 for the entire stay.
• Agriturismo Villula is not liable for the loss or damage of objects or values: each guest is personally responsible for the safekeeping of objects he/she owns.

Damages refund

• The guest undertakes to respect the premises and the items therein. Any damage caused to the structures or attributable to negligence or lack of attention shall be charged for their replacement.
• At the time of departure, the staff shall implement verification of the rooms and the cost for the replacement of damaged items or the loss of the keys shall be charged at the time of check-out.
• The charge for losing or breaking of the keys, with the consequent replacement of the lock will be € 85,00.
• The charge for losing or breaking of the gate remote control will be € 55,00.

Responsibilities

• Agriturismo Villula is not liable for the shortage of guests’ items or values (each guest is responsible for the safeguarding of valuables owned by him/her), for damages caused by force majeure and for the nature of the item.

Processing of personal data

• Pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30th, 2003, all guests’ personal data shall be processed both by computer and manually, in order to fulfil tax obligations (invoices drafting, data recording, etc.) and to supply the required service.
• At the time or arrival, guests will be asked for an identification document for the purpose of communicating their presence at our establishment to the competent police authorities.

CCTV policy

• The property is monitored by CCTV cameras all the time.
• The purposes of the video surveillance system are: to improve the safety and protection of people, property and corporate assets.
• Access to films is limited to authorized staff of Agriturismo Villula.
• Captured movies are retained for 24 hours from the date of recording. Retention for longer periods is only intended to take legal action.
• Records are kept in a secure environment with strictly limited access to those who are appropriately authorized.
